The final episode of Season 1 of Guy Ritchie’s popular TV show, MobLand, is now available to watch. The World Crime Show’s first season is over. There will be a second season. Please continue reading to discover why a second season on Paramount+ seems likely.
I just finished the tenth episode of Mobland’s first season. The last episode of the excellent Showtime/Paramount+ show Mobland came out on Sunday, which made people wonder, “Will there be a Mobland season 2?” This information may contain details about the first season that are not widely known; please take note of them.
Showtime and MTV Entertainment Studios, in collaboration with 101 Studios, produced the show.
Ronald Bennett, known for his roles in Top Boy and The Day of the Jackal, directed and co-wrote the show. Jez Butterworth (Ford v. Ferrari, Spectre) also contributed to the writing.
Guy Ritchie was responsible for the first two shows.
Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Geoff Bell, Daniel Betts, Lisa Dwan, and Emily Barber as Havoc are all in the first season and play different roles.
Overall, I enjoyed the show and finished watching it all in just a few days, but the ending of season one wasn’t as exciting as I had hoped.
Even so, I’m looking forward to the show’s second season because the first one left a lot of room for growth.
There isn’t any public talk of a second season as I type this. Still, the streamer is garnering a lot of attention; the first episode of the season was viewed by 3.2 million people worldwide.
Review scores have also been excellent. As I type this, the first season has an impressive 83% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
In response to the question, “Will there be a second season of Mobland?” The show should get a strong recommendation because it has gotten such excellent reviews.
The show provides a fitting conclusion to the first season, paving the way for an even bigger second season featuring an even better group. We’ll keep you updated.
What We Know About Season 2 of MobLand So Far
There has been a lot of action in the new mob show starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.
In the few months since its first season premiered on March 30, MOBLAND has become one of the most popular new shows on Paramount+. It has quickly gained a large group of loyal fans.
It’s an exciting crime story that you should watch if you haven’t already.
MobLand’s first season concludes on June 1, with the season finale set to air on Paramount+. There’s still plenty of time to catch up, though.
A British crime family hires Harry Da Souza, played by Tom Hardy, to assist them. Pierce Brosnan plays Conrad Harrigan, the father, and Helen Mirren plays Maeve Harrigan.
The last member of the Harrigan family is Kevin, Conrad and Maeve’s son, who is played by Paddy Considine (House of the Dragon).
Not only does MobLand have a stellar cast, but it has also been directed by Guy Ritchie (Wrath of Man, The Gentlemen) and written by Jez Butterworth (Ford v. Ferrari, The Ferryman).
Maeve said in the second-to-last episode of season one that Eddie (Anson Boon) might be Kevin’s “other brother.” This idea is also supported by the fact that Conrad greeted him with, “Good morning, son. Let’s have a short talk.”
After that, Conrad and Harry prepare to meet with Jaime Lopez (Jordi Molla) to learn how to enter the fentanyl market.
Strategies to Resolve Team Disputes
Along with Seraphina (Mandeep Dhillon) and Paul (Emmett J. Scanlan), the three guys get together at a pub to talk about the deal. When Jaime calls Harry, he finally agrees to the terms, provided he resolves the issue with the rat on his team.
A tense dinner marks the end of the show, and Harry sees undercover cop Alice/Nicola (Emily Barber) collecting evidence.
Conrad and Maeve were getting into a fight that was about to get violent when the police walked in and arrested both of them for possible murder.
Ivan Fisk (Luke Mably) and Yvonne Mukasa (Gemma Knight Jones) were killed at the end of Episode 8. Retired Deputy Chief Inspector Colin Tattersall (Toby Jones) is looking into their deaths.
Let’s start by going over what we know about MobLand season two so far. The end will show how things turn out for Harry and the Harrigans.

Who will be on MobLand Season 2?
All of the main characters will likely be back for season two of MobLand, as long as no critical characters die in the season one finale.
Hardy seems hopeful about keeping up his role as Harry.
David Glass, the director of MobLand, discussed a possible second season with Deadline in March. He said, “Yes, there will be.”
“Same team, everyone.” Everyone is coming back. “One big family.”
When does Season 2 of MobLand come out?
As of now, there is no set release date for MobLand season 2, as the show has not been renewed.
The first season started filming in November 2024 and ended in March 2025. During that time, some new cast members joined to film in London.
MovieWeb states that the season did not even end until four days before it began airing on Paramount+.
With any luck, some of the production issues from Season 1 will be resolved by Season 2.
Fans of the captivating mob story should not have to wait too long to see more episodes, though.
